This project sits on 5.6 acres, with an 18,000 s.f. Butler clear span building with 1,500 s.f. of office space, an MR-24 standing seam roof system and BR-II wall panels with masonry block. One dock door and one drive-in door, 12″ reinforced concrete slab to support 160,000 lb. machinery.

Thermo King Midwest

Thermo King Midwest in Jeffersonville, IN, is expanding its facility at 3405 Industrial Blvd. by adding 4 acres to its existing 2-acre site. The project includes developing 3 acres for parking and upgrading the 13,918 sq. ft. building to 26,000 sq. ft. with new repair bays, offices, and modern features like a Butler metal building system, insulated panels, updated façade, and improved landscaping.

Farrier Product Distribution

The Farrier Product Distribution project in Shelbyville, KY, added a 6,300 sq. ft. steel building with Butler Manufacturing systems. Features included an MR-24 seam roof, natural lighting panels, updated dock doors, HVAC, and office expansions. Completed in 2021, the design prioritized functionality and sustainability.

PSE Pleating Systems And Equipment

The PSE Pleating Systems and Equipment project involved a 7,113 sq. ft. warehouse addition in Simpsonville, KY, expanding an existing facility to a total of 15,276 sq. ft. The construction included relocating utilities, adding dock doors and a fire wall, regrading the site, and improving drainage. Lichtefeld Inc. partnered with Keyes Architects for this project.

Midway Distribution Center

This 117,000 sq. ft. speculative office warehouse features a concrete tilt-wall design with Butler structural steel and a durable MR-24 standing seam roof. The facility includes 30′ clear ceilings, 35 docks, and three drive-in doors, with capacity for 8,000–10,000 sq. ft. of office space and up to five tenants. Currently in talks with Home Depot for 100,000 sq. ft., it offers a 2000-amp service and reinforced concrete floors for heavy-duty use.

Universal Woods, LLC

This 40,000 sq. ft. office warehouse in the Bluegrass Industrial Park, leased to Universal Woods, serves as a manufacturing hub for ChromaLuxe, a top brand in high-definition sublimatable print media. The facility specializes in producing aluminum sandwich panels used in artwork and trinket fabrication, known for their vibrant color, durability, and archival quality.

SRS Material Handling Phase 2

This project is the second phase of a two-part building development, featuring a 237,484 sq. ft. addition to an existing 227,500 sq. ft. office/warehouse/manufacturing facility. The new phase includes 60,000 sq. ft. of office space across two floors. The facility, equipped with 11 ten-ton cranes and 54 one-ton jib cranes, is designed by Lichtefeld, Inc. with Luckett & Farley and Butler Manufacturing.

Santa Rosa Material Handling (SRS)

This 187,500 sq. ft. manufacturing office/warehouse for Santa Rosa Systems, which makes automated conveyor systems for companies like Amazon, UPS, and FedEx, includes 40,000 sq. ft. of office space. The custom Butler building features a standing seam roof, cranes, and an atrium. Lichtefeld, Inc. managed the entire design and construction process, including all engineering and permitting.

NDX Affinity (Keller Labs)

This 15,000 sq. ft. tenant space in the Blankenbaker Distribution Center is part of a 95,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant facility. It includes 3,000 sq. ft. of office space and 12,000 sq. ft. of warehouse, housing a dental moldings laboratory that serves dentists and orthodontists. Designed and built by Lichtefeld, Inc. in partnership with Berry Prindle Associates, the space is tailored to meet the needs of a specialized dental services company.

E And H - Electric (C.E.D)

This 41,000 sq. ft. tenant fit-up within a 95,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant building in the Blankenbaker Distribution Center, Jeffersontown, KY, features 8,000 sq. ft. of office space and 32,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space. The project, designed and built by Lichtefeld, Inc. in partnership with Berry Prindle Associates, uses a Butler building with an MR-24 standing seam roof, tilt-wall concrete walls, storefront glass, overhead doors, and decorative canopies. The building is equipped with a 25-year roof warranty.

Kyana Packaging And Industrial Supply/ASR Services

Office warehouse remodel for Kyana Packaging. 7,000 s.f. of office renovation and additions, 18,700 s.f. of lite industrial assembly, 84,300 s.f. of warehouse storage and packaging products. All designed and built by Lichtefeld, Inc. with Berry Prindle Architects.

Kenway Distribution Inc.

This 50,000 sq. ft. facility includes a 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse with a Butler hybrid steel roof and tilt-wall concrete façade. It features five docks and a 10,000 sq. ft. office space with masonry block, bar joist concrete floors, storefront glass, and decorative finishes like carpet, tiles, and cubicles.

Fastenal

This 10,000 sq. ft. Butler building includes a 6” slab, storefront glass, masonry block walls, overhead and hollow metal doors, standard warehouse electric, gas heat, and a sewer line with clean-outs, all set for tenant fit-up. It is a speculative office warehouse space ready for customization.
