Facility includes car wash, paint booth, alignment rack, waste oil burning heaters, floor drains, oil/water separator, parts room, locker room, customer lounge, break room, gym area. conference room and offices. Building also includes a 3,000 s.f. carport and fenced lot with two automatic cantilevered gates.

This 3,000 sq. ft. addition and remodel for Swope in Elizabethtown, KY includes a Butler metal building extension with an MR-24 insulated re-roof system. Interior upgrades feature new lighting, HVAC, floor drains, and an expanded service department, along with the Jeep brand image. Designed and built by Lichtefeld, Inc.

Hard bid awarded in August ’09. Building is a block, stick framed, wood truss structure, with a rubber roof, and standing seam architectural skinned metal roof tower section. There are 10 bays, 1 alignment rack and 9 hydraulic lifts.

The building is a Butler steel structural system with a MR-24 standing machine seamed roof system. It has a Butler Texture Cote wall system. Other materials used were block, store front glass, metal studs, mansard facade with lighted texcote panels. Designed by Lichtefeld, Inc. and Berry Prindle Architects. Engineered by Butler Manufacturing and Milestone Engineering.
