Build a mezzanine over the existing sloped theater floor, add new exits, cut in new windows, restore the original ceiling and stage surround, upgrade all the building systems, provide new offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, break room, new ceilings, flooring, lighting, etc. Renovate the front doors and marquee.
5000+ Square feet.Remodel on the third floor of the Breckenridge Tech Center in Louisville includes a café-style lounge, 14 offices, meeting rooms, and a training area. Unique features like curved walls, glass partitions, artificial grass, and vibrant, hi-tech design elements make it both functional and modern.
12000+ Square feet.This building features a custom metal structure with R-30 roof insulation and a blend of glass, metal, stone, and cornice facade elements. Interior highlights include offices, conference rooms, 96 custom workstations, a car photography turntable, and a second-floor exercise track. Employees can enjoy an outdoor patio with glass doors and a stage for events.
30000+ Square feet.The project includes a concrete and steel office building and a 24,000 sq. ft. maintenance garage with 12 bays, wash areas, and natural light panels. It features an MR-24 roof and durable exterior finishes. Lichtefeld, Inc.’s value engineering saved $500,000 while meeting all budget goals.
21000+ Square feet.Developed a functional and inclusive space for Down Syndrome of Louisville. The project features multipurpose rooms, offices, and community areas designed for accessibility and durability, reflecting the organization’s mission.

16000+ Square feet.The United Mail project consists of a 15,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse facility in Louisville. It features a mix of office spaces, conference rooms, and warehouse areas. The flexible design accommodates tenants, with 12,000 sq. ft. of space available. This building earned an AIA award for its innovative design and functionality in 2008.
