Blankenbaker Distribution Center

This building is a Butler Steel Building System with MR-24 standing machine seamed roof, 25 year warranty, concrete tilt walls, store front glass systems, decorative entry canopies, with finished office space for each tenant.

Hillsdale Furniture

Butler Manufacturing superstructure with 50′ x 50′ bays, 30′ clear height, 52 docks, 4 drive-in doors, and expressway visibility. Features include a Butler MR-24 roof system with R-20 insulation, 7.5″ concrete tilt wall façade, ESFR sprinkler system, and 4,000-amp service. Includes 3,500 sq. ft. office space, cross-docking, and storefront glass entrances.

Houston-Johnson Inc

This is a Butler steel structural system, Hardmark 2000 on a tilt-wall bearing system. It has an MR-24 standing machine seamed roof system with a concrete tex-flex painted tilt wall system as well as storefront glass. This facility is also equipped with mechanical dock levelers, dock locks, dock lights, loss prevention gates, stop-go lights, insulated overhead doors with view lights.

Victory Packaging

The project has 7.25 inch thick tilt walls, store front glass systems, 50′ x 50′ bays, truck docks with levelers, dock lights, dock seals, a truck court, 3500 sf of office area. This was a build to suit lease back with option to purchase. Victory Packaging did purchase the property.

Dri-View Manufacturing

Includes 52 ft. square bays, 9.25″ concrete tilt-up walls, 6,000 sq. ft. two-story office space with storefront glass, insulated overhead doors, six docks with levelers and seals, one drive-in door, and a 2 ft. loading dock. Developed on a 7-acre lot with 87 parking spaces.
