This 52,500 s.f. facility in Terra Crossing, Louisville, features a showroom, service shop, custom shop, lounge, offices, training rooms, and a rider academy. Built on 4.3 acres, it uses a Butler custom-engineered structure with a MR-24 roof, thermal wall panels, block masonry, and copper accents. The design-build project was completed by Lichtefeld, Inc., Butler Manufacturing, and Studio Kremer Architects.
52000+ Square feet.This 10,800 s.f. warehouse addition features a Butler Mfg. structure with a state-of-the-art MR-24 roof system, R-30 roof and R-19 wall insulation. It includes two man doors, one drive-in OHD with a ramp, and air rotation. The project also involves replacing the existing air conditioning system, repaving the site, and repainting the existing warehouse.
10000+ Square feet.The JamWear Inc. project is a 10,500 s.f. office/warehouse space located at 11501 Champions Way, Louisville, Kentucky. The facility features an unfinished warehouse area and retail office spaces. The project was completed in September 2008 and provides a functional layout for JamWear’s operations.
10000+ Square feet.This project features a 25,000 s.f. warehouse with a 5,000 s.f. front office area and 2,000 s.f. mezzanine in the showroom. The warehouse includes truck docks, levelers, and seals. The building has masonry split-faced block and Butler wall panels with an MR-24 standing seam roof. It also features storefront glass, canopies, overhangs, and new asphalt pavement.
27000+ Square feet.Butler widespan clearspan supertructure, custom engineered building. Building has masonry wainscot, insulated storefront glass door and window systems, flat stylewall metal panels, galvanized secondary steel materials.
5000+ Square feet.Butler building, MR-24 standing machine seamed hidden fastener roof system, block walls, store front glass, style wall, VSR roof, insulated roof and walls. Owned by the Schoening Family.
5000+ Square feet.Golf Cart World involved a 2,000 s.f. building addition to an existing warehouse and operations facility in Louisville, KY. The project, which took place from December 2012 to April 2013, was custom-engineered and expanded the space to meet the needs of the business.
2000+ Square feet.The DHL Shipping project involved a 12,500 sq. ft. shipping retail office warehouse facility located on Robards Lane in Louisville, KY. This design-build project was completed by Lichtefeld, Inc. and includes both office and warehouse spaces. The facility provides a functional space for shipping and storage operations, tailored to meet the needs of its user.
