The Vanguard Academy gymnasium is a 16,723 sq. ft. addition built with a custom Butler metal system. It features a durable MR-24 standing seam roof with R-30 insulation, a Hardie Plank façade, and metal stud exteriors. Rainwater runoff is directed outside to avoid interior drains, and the roof includes a 25-year material warranty.

Malibu Jack’s facility involved a complete remodel, including removing sunken basketball floors, upgrading HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for attractions like miniature golf, go-carts, and arcade games. The project was fast-tracked, completed ahead of schedule for a May 2016 opening, and included a 17,500 sq.

This renovation of a former Wal-Mart in Crestwood, KY, created a multi-use recreational facility with gymnastics and inflatable zones, an indoor pool, trampoline pits, and a 3,000 sq. ft. mezzanine for birthday rooms and viewing. It also includes karate and dance studios, a pro shop, therapy rooms, and administrative offices.

The facility includes six basketball courts (5-84′, 1-94′), recessed hardwood floors, and motorized bleachers. It also features a weight room, party rooms, skyboxes, restrooms, locker rooms, meeting rooms, Papa John’s Pizza, and Shively Sporting Goods. The exterior has concrete tilt-wall systems and storefront glass.

The Jam Fest project is an 8,000 sq. ft. facility designed for gym equipment storage and corporate headquarters in Louisville, KY. The space supports efficient organization and storage, tailored to the needs of the company.

The 360 Dance Studio project involved creating a 2,000 sq. ft. space in Louisville, Kentucky, designed for various dance classes. It features custom dance floors, mirrors, and a modern interior equipped with specialized lighting and flooring systems to support different dance styles and training. The layout includes spacious, open areas tailored for dance practice and instruction.

Concrete foundations, stick framed, sheathing, brick veneer, dryvit stucco accents, vinyl clad wood windows, wood roof deck, A grade asphalt shingles and A grade interior finishes.

Designed and built by Lichtefeld Inc. along with Berry Prindle Associates. Has 1st and second floor meeting rooms and party rooms. The main mat area for gymnastics is 40,000 sf, 11,000 sf of pool, office lobby area 1st floor, 6,500 sf of second floor party rooms.

Lichtefeld, Inc. completed a 16,723 sq. ft. gymnasium addition to Vanguard Academy, featuring wood basketball floors, multi-sport courts, meeting rooms, concessions, and an outdoor mini field.
